Real talk from your boy Holla Abdelnaby -- Rajon Rondo copped $55 million for 5 years on his extension jawn, all of it hard earned. Holla would like to point out, though, that the reason negotiations stretched till the last possible day before young Ro-Ro would become a free agent was, let's face it, cause C's already have the point guard of the future -- the Talon. But the Talon is also the shooting guard/small-forward/etc. of the future -- yeah, his ball-handling skills are bananas, but that's just part of the package. Ultimately, it's worth it for the C's to spend $55 million on anything, just to keep TA avilable for anything else they may need him to do: Center? General manager? Concessions supervisor? Talon do it all, yo. Be easy, Abdelnaby out.
